Account & Data Deletion

Please review the following information carefully before proceeding with account deletion.

For 1st-Level Accounts

1st-level accounts such as institutions can request deletion of their organization’s account and all associated data by:

  • Using the Account Delete option in the app settings.
  • Contacting our support team at support@notifyarc.com.

For 2nd-Level Accounts

2nd-level accounts such as teachers and students are created, managed, and primarily controlled by their respective institutions. Therefore, institutions have direct authority to delete or manage these accounts.

If you are a teacher or student wishing to delete your account or related data, you may:

  • Submit a Request for Deletion to your institution administrator.
  • Or contact us directly at support@notifyarc.com. We will process such requests accordingly.

Note: Once we verify your identity, we will permanently delete your account and related data within 120 business days.
